What a session looks like
It opens with a short, plain-language read of your scalp under a daylight lamp. We're not a trichology clinic and we don't pretend to be — if we see something that needs a doctor, we'll say so and recommend Subang's nearest dermatology referral.
From there, a treatment runs in four parts: an exfoliating pre-wash, a clarifying shampoo (sulphate-free, JAKIM-certified), a tonic massage with a roller comb to bring blood to the surface, and a cool-water rinse to close. We finish with a few drops of a lightweight leave-in serum — usually rosemary and peppermint — on the parts of the scalp that need it.
The three most common scalp issues we see
Sweat-and-sebum buildup
Common in motorcycle commuters and gym regulars. Reads as oily roots within hours of washing, sometimes itchy. A clarifying wash plus a weekly home rinse with our take-home tonic usually settles it inside three weeks.
Dry, tight, flaky scalp
Often air-conditioning-related. We use a urea-based pre-wash for two minutes before the shampoo, then a richer leave-in serum. If it's stubborn, we may send you home with a small bottle of the in-house argan-and-niacinamide blend.
Early thinning at the crown
We don't sell hair-loss treatments and won't pretend to reverse genetic thinning. What we can do is keep the scalp clean and circulation up, which doesn't hurt — and we'll style what you have to its best advantage. If you want clinical advice, we'll tell you that too.
