In plain English: how a visit works, how we charge, what we will and won't do, and what to do if something goes sideways.
By stepping into the studio or sending a message through this site, you accept the terms below. They form a contract between you and Omnitura Grooming Sdn. Bhd., SSM Registration 202401024681 (1534628-X), the entity trading as Omnitura.
1. Who's responsible for what
We're responsible for delivering a service that is reasonably skilled, performed with reasonable care, and in line with the description on the relevant service page on this website. You're responsible for telling us about anything that might change the work — for example, a skin condition, a medication that affects bleeding, or a piercing in the shave area.
2. Walk-in only
We don't take appointments. Wait times are posted at the door each hour and on request by phone. If a barber gives a verbal time estimate, treat it as an estimate — busy hours can drift fifteen minutes either way. A barber's name request is honoured wherever staffing allows.
3. Pricing
Posted prices on this site and in the studio are the prices you pay. We don't add a service charge or a tip line. SST (Sales and Service Tax) is included in every quoted figure. The only variation is when you change service mid-chair (for example, asking to add a beard outline after the cut started) — the new total is shown to you in writing before we proceed.
4. Payment
We're a cashless studio. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, DuitNow QR, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Maybank QR. We don't accept cash, gift cards from other shops, or cryptocurrency. If your card is declined, the front desk will give you 10 minutes to try a different method before we re-queue you.
5. Loyalty & refresh visits
A "refresh" within 14 days of a paid signature fade is half-price. You'll need to present the original printed receipt; we don't keep customer-side records. Refresh visits don't include the wash or hot-towel finish unless you pay full price.
6. Conduct
We ask three things of every guest:
- Treat the team and other guests with courtesy.
- Keep voices and music low — the lounge is a quiet room by design.
- Don't photograph other guests without their permission, and don't film inside the chair area without the barber's say-so.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave for harassment of staff, discriminatory language, or aggressive behaviour. In that case the unfinished service is refunded in full.
7. Children
Children under 12 must remain accompanied by a parent or guardian during the cut. Children under 3 are welcome to come along but we do not start clipper work below that age — the rotor noise is too much for most kids, in our experience.
8. Liability
If we cause damage to clothing or personal property through clear negligence (for example, getting hair colour on your shirt), we'll cover the cost of cleaning or replacement up to RM 500 per incident. We don't accept liability for items left unattended in the lounge area; please keep wallets, phones and watches with you at the chair.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law of Malaysia does not allow such limitation.
9. Website usage
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep prices, hours and service descriptions current, but if you see a difference between this site and what's quoted in-studio, the in-studio quote is the operative one for that visit. Any text, photo or logo on this site is our property or licensed to us; please don't reuse without writing to us first.
10. Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that we can't resolve informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur. We'd much rather solve it over a kopi-o, though — email us at [email protected] and we'll try.
11. Changes
If we change anything material, we'll update the "last revised" footer below and post a note in the studio for fourteen days.
